Emergency Roof Insurance Claim Process

Thanks to Paramount Roofing! My new roof looks amazing. I would recommend Paramount Roofing to anyone who is looking for a new roof. Otis was very patient with answering questions from beginning to end which made the process smooth. His customer service was outstanding! Even while making calls to the back office when needed the staff in the back office also rock as well! The work was completed in one day and not a mess left behind. Thanks Paramount Roofing!

Paramount Roofing should certainly get more than 5 stars!! One word stands out and that would be HONESTY. Otis is an example of a businessman that cares about his clients and his focus is on honesty, quality and excellence. I called another company before I called Paramount and they insisted I get a new roof. I knew the roof WAS NOT old. They quoted an enormous amount of money. Paramount on the other hand agreed with me after Otis came, (he didn’t send a worker) he stated a nail came loose and water was coming through that small opening. He did not try to to make a sale and instead sent a worker to fix the nail and opening. He didn’t charge me for the work! His workers are respectful, diligent and friendly!!! In addition, when the tornado hit Conyers I called him about a family that needed help. To paraphrase, he said.. let me see how I can help him. There are many roofing companies, but Paramount makes you feel like you’re part of a family of people who only want an HONEST roofing company. I found one and you can too!!! Thank you Otis. 😊

Very happy with my contact and the services provided by Otis Floyd (owner) and Gustavo (tech) at PARAMOUNT ROOFING. PARAMOUNT ROOFING was the third roofing company that I called to provide an assessment for a roofing repair. The other companies wanted to ‘replace and get insurance to pay’ for a five-year old not damaged roof BEFORE they even came on site to assess. I did not like the way these other companies approached my repair needs. Thank you PARAMOUNT ROOFING for an assessment and repair at a reasonable cost. After a bad hail storm I chose Paramount Roofing after speaking with a few. Otis, the owner is off the chain as a Roofing Company owner. He met my insurance adjuster at my house and climbed up on my roof with her. He saw damages that she nor I even saw when walking around the house, ex. window screens damages. I was impressed. Lol, Otis stated to me that he has been doing this a long! My insurance company tried to low ball me on my claim. Otis with his adjuster experience, sent in a submitted. My insurance company said that they were not going to send another claims adjuster, that they was going to go off Otis submitted. Two days later, a second check was in my account. A check for my garage door, gutters, decorative facial, screens, 5 exhausts vents and my roof! My wife and I both agreed, that young man know how to run a business. He communicates well with his employees. Great Job Otis! You are definitely someone that can be trusted

I had a leak in my roof which caused some water damage inside home. I put a claim in to my insurance and the process began. Mr. Otis with the company called and scheduled to come out to inspect the roof. He was very professional and thorough. He wrote up the inspection and sent it off to my insurance and within a day the ball was rolling. Mr. Curtis who also works with Paramount came to home and brought color sample pallet on Saturday. I made my decision and roof was done on Thursday. I loved the way the answered any questions and stayed on timeliness. I would definitely recommend there services.

I had a wind and rain damaged roof that was leaking. These guys showed up, stopped the leak and worked with me to get a good price on replacing the entire roof. They promised it would be done in a day and kept their word. They even did a terrific clean up and there's not a nail to be found on my property. I know because I went looking for them since I have a young kid who runs around barefoot and a dog. Highly recommend this team.

The team at Paramount Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. They worked very well with my insurance company to make the process as easy and seamless as possible from my end, and Otis and the whole team were very professional and responsive. They also repainted my entire ceiling inside and completed the work in hours returning everything in my house to it's original state afterwards! I was able to continue working remotely during this entire process and am so grateful for the peace of mind now that I have a beautiful new roof!

I cannot recommend Paramount Roofing enough! I called to schedule the replacement on Wednesday, they dropped the material Thursday, and were completely DONE by Friday night. The crew arrived early, stayed late, and were very thorough. They had the drone out taking progress pictures they shared with me all throughout the day. Today (Saturday), the owner swung by just to make sure we were happy with the job, and verify the work his crew did. If and when you need a roof, these guys are amazing and affordable. 10/10 - I’m blown away with the level of service we received.

Otis and his crew worked tirelessly and professionally in replacing my roof. He provided guidance and offered also a few other resources and points of contacts that he trusted for other follow on projects that I had that were not in his wheelhouse. Closing out of the account, payments, and sharing of information was seamless using web billing, easily provided documents, and multiple ways to contact him during his office hours. I am enjoying the changes I made and will contact him if any issues.
