Paramount Roofing provided me with outstanding service in replacing my roof and gutters. I appreciate their care and attention to details for my property. Also appreciate their professionalism and curtesy.

Paramount Roofing made the entire insurance process seamless. When we bought our home, the seller assured us the roof was in great shape — but after a couple of years, leaks told a different story. Our adjuster confirmed we needed a full replacement, and the search for quotes began. Paramount was so professional and well-prepared that after just one meeting, my wife's mind was made up. What really stood out was when we called our insurance company to coordinate the installation, the rep already knew Paramount by name and reputation. As someone new to the process, I thought they had a formal partnership — that's how smoothly everything ran. Highly recommend

Experience was superb! Roofing personal arrived and performed a professional roofing job! Protection tarps and ground cover were in place. Cleanup was performed and a second cleanup after the follow-up inspection was completed. Professional people from the crew to the owner and his staff. I would recommend this company to all that are in need of a quality roofing of their home.

They came bright and early, they moved everything that needed to be moved, covered everything that needed to be covered. The guy that backed the dumpster in the driveway was an excellent driver. Our new roof looks great😃! And they put the things back that they moved.

Paramount has replaced so many roofs in my neighborhood because neighbors talk and steer each other in the right direction. We all received: detailed clear quotes, hands on help with our insurance companies if needed, frequent communication, onsite supervision of the crew to insure everything went smoothly, and a beautiful new roof with no hassle. There are lots of scammers out there with shoddy work product after a hail storm. Paramount is one you can trust. You don’t buy a new roof that often in your lifetime, so go with Paramount and have confidence in your decision!

Otis Felix and company provided as needed emergency flashing addition to a newly replaced brick chimney with in hours of being called on the same day which was a Saturday afternoon on Labor Day Weekend. I was out of town and a different roofing company failed to show up as they had promised at 8:30AM on the same Saturday. Beyond Excellence! I interviewed 4 roofing companies and Paramount made the best first impression. Mr. Floyd was the only one who showed up well prepared with a drone so even before the actual inspection he was able to provide some immediate quick pictures of my roof. His responses to address my questions throughout the process were prompt, professional, and delivered best in class expertise. He demonstrated solid industry knowledge in navigating the twists and turns of insurance claim. I threw him a curve ball that I needed the job done , a full roof replacembent in 36 hourse to meet a sale contract requirement. Mr. Floyd was a calm as ever with his response "I'll send you the paperwork right now". I signed he delivered the job on-time, and my home sale went through. After that, he was as patient as ever in providing all i needed for the insurance claim and even submitted his own letter to the insurance company calling out some distasteful maneuvering and advocating on my behalf. The work done was excellent. This is the company to choose if you want professional expertise with a personal touch. Sir, thank you again for your invaluable assistance through a most stressful process.

Paramount Roofing recently replaced my roof and they were extremely great. From the beginning of the process Otis was extremely helpful in navigating the insurance company and ensuring that they received the information they needed for my claim. Once all of that was cleared up scheduling was extremely easy. On the day of the work the Paramount employees were early and got the job done extremely fast. Left the yard clean and in great shape. Highly recommend Paramount Roofing!

My experience with PRC was exceptional. I needed some areas repaired on my roof and i needed to replace the roof flashing in two areas. This company was very prompt in responding to my concerns. Easy to work with and provided quick service. Additionally, they also were willing to work with me with the cost. Great overall experience!!

I had a wonderful experience with Paramont Roofing. I worked with Otis, Brandon and Curtis at various points along my journey. Each one of them were professional and use their expertise to help me during the process. They kept the commitments that they made, they were reliable, they explained the process to me (many times) to make sure I understood everything that was going to happen and they helped me navigate the process with my insurance company. The roof was put on a couple of days ago and it is absolutely beautiful. The workers did quality work and cleaned up the yard and surrounding areas. If you didn't see the work being done, you would not know that a roof was just installed. I highly recommend them if it time give your roof TLC.
