Paramount Roofing recently replaced my roof and they were extremely great. From the beginning of the process Otis was extremely helpful in navigating the insurance company and ensuring that they received the information they needed for my claim. Once all of that was cleared up scheduling was extremely easy. On the day of the work the Paramount employees were early and got the job done extremely fast. Left the yard clean and in great shape. Highly recommend Paramount Roofing!

My experience with PRC was exceptional. I needed some areas repaired on my roof and i needed to replace the roof flashing in two areas. This company was very prompt in responding to my concerns. Easy to work with and provided quick service. Additionally, they also were willing to work with me with the cost. Great overall experience!!

I had a wonderful experience with Paramont Roofing. I worked with Otis, Brandon and Curtis at various points along my journey. Each one of them were professional and use their expertise to help me during the process. They kept the commitments that they made, they were reliable, they explained the process to me (many times) to make sure I understood everything that was going to happen and they helped me navigate the process with my insurance company. The roof was put on a couple of days ago and it is absolutely beautiful. The workers did quality work and cleaned up the yard and surrounding areas. If you didn't see the work being done, you would not know that a roof was just installed. I highly recommend them if it time give your roof TLC.

So it was only Godsend that I came across Paramount Roofing and Consulting and spoke to Otis. After much stress and worry about how and who for a new roof, I spoke to Otis on a Sunday. He shared his value proposition and walked me through the roof process. Surprisingly, he was patient and did not appear to be "salesy." He was easy to talk to, responded after calls/texts. After prayer and thought, I chose to move forward with Paramount. He said, " Be patient with me, and I think you'll be happy." And I am. So glad I did. I would definitely recommend Paramount Roofing! They were punctual, worked hard, cleaned up, and was very respectful of my property. I had soffits repaired, gutters replaced, and gutter guards. I’m very pleased!

We met with several roofing companies and decided to go with Paramount Roofing. From the initial consultation throughout the entire process, our expectations were exceeded. Otis Floyd, Owner, answered every question we had and delivered on every promise made. The day after the project was completed, two members of the roofing crew walked our property to inspect their work, and the project manager, Curt Goff, stopped by to address any concerns and inspect the completed project. Replacing a roof is not something we plan to do often; however, on the off chance we have to do it again, Paramount Roofing is who we would hire to get the job done. *Regarding the fake review left by "Carmen": I have lived in Country Lake for 25 years and would never allow anyone I hire to disrespect a neighbor. I was near my driveway for the entire morning, and the incident described in the review never happened. With that being said, I can confirm that no one named "Carmen" lives beyond my house, nor in the cul-de-sac from which "she" would have had to travel.

I had storm damage to our metal roof from high winds. I was put in contact with Paramount Roofing specifically Otis Floyd. He and his team analyzed the situation and made the necessary repairs. I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend this company.

Paramount Roofing should certainly get more than 5 stars!! One word stands out and that would be HONESTY. Otis is an example of a businessman that cares about his clients and his focus is on honesty, quality and excellence. I called another company before I called Paramount and they insisted I get a new roof. I knew the roof WAS NOT old. They quoted an enormous amount of money. Paramount on the other hand agreed with me after Otis came, (he didn’t send a worker) he stated a nail came loose and water was coming through that small opening. He did not try to to make a sale and instead sent a worker to fix the nail and opening. He didn’t charge me for the work! His workers are respectful, diligent and friendly!!! In addition, when the tornado hit Conyers I called him about a family that needed help. To paraphrase, he said.. let me see how I can help him. There are many roofing companies, but Paramount makes you feel like you’re part of a family of people who only want an HONEST roofing company. I found one and you can too!!! Thank you Otis. 😊
