Otis Felix and company provided as needed emergency flashing addition to a newly replaced brick chimney with in hours of being called on the same day which was a Saturday afternoon on Labor Day Weekend. I was out of town and a different roofing company failed to show up as they had promised at 8:30AM on the same Saturday. Beyond Excellence! I interviewed 4 roofing companies and Paramount made the best first impression. Mr. Floyd was the only one who showed up well prepared with a drone so even before the actual inspection he was able to provide some immediate quick pictures of my roof. His responses to address my questions throughout the process were prompt, professional, and delivered best in class expertise. He demonstrated solid industry knowledge in navigating the twists and turns of insurance claim. I threw him a curve ball that I needed the job done , a full roof replacembent in 36 hourse to meet a sale contract requirement. Mr. Floyd was a calm as ever with his response "I'll send you the paperwork right now". I signed he delivered the job on-time, and my home sale went through. After that, he was as patient as ever in providing all i needed for the insurance claim and even submitted his own letter to the insurance company calling out some distasteful maneuvering and advocating on my behalf. I had a wonderful experience with Paramont Roofing. I worked with Otis, Brandon and Curtis at various points along my journey. Each one of them were professional and use their expertise to help me during the process. They kept the commitments that they made, they were reliable, they explained the process to me (many times) to make sure I understood everything that was going to happen and they helped me navigate the process with my insurance company. The roof was put on a couple of days ago and it is absolutely beautiful. The workers did quality work and cleaned up the yard and surrounding areas. If you didn't see the work being done, you would not know that a roof was just installed. I highly recommend them if it time give your roof TLC.

Paramount Roofing should certainly get more than 5 stars!! One word stands out and that would be HONESTY. Otis is an example of a businessman that cares about his clients and his focus is on honesty, quality and excellence. I called another company before I called Paramount and they insisted I get a new roof. I knew the roof WAS NOT old. They quoted an enormous amount of money. Paramount on the other hand agreed with me after Otis came, (he didn’t send a worker) he stated a nail came loose and water was coming through that small opening. He did not try to to make a sale and instead sent a worker to fix the nail and opening. He didn’t charge me for the work! His workers are respectful, diligent and friendly!!! In addition, when the tornado hit Conyers I called him about a family that needed help. To paraphrase, he said.. let me see how I can help him. There are many roofing companies, but Paramount makes you feel like you’re part of a family of people who only want an HONEST roofing company. I found one and you can too!!! Thank you Otis. 😊

Very happy with my contact and the services provided by Otis Floyd (owner) and Gustavo (tech) at PARAMOUNT ROOFING. PARAMOUNT ROOFING was the third roofing company that I called to provide an assessment for a roofing repair. The other companies wanted to ‘replace and get insurance to pay’ for a five-year old not damaged roof BEFORE they even came on site to assess. I did not like the way these other companies approached my repair needs. Thank you PARAMOUNT ROOFING for an assessment and repair at a reasonable cost. After a bad hail storm I chose Paramount Roofing after speaking with a few. Otis, the owner is off the chain as a Roofing Company owner. He met my insurance adjuster at my house and climbed up on my roof with her. He saw damages that she nor I even saw when walking around the house, ex. window screens damages. I was impressed. Lol, Otis stated to me that he has been doing this a long! My insurance company tried to low ball me on my claim. Otis with his adjuster experience, sent in a submitted. My insurance company said that they were not going to send another claims adjuster, that they was going to go off Otis submitted. Two days later, a second check was in my account. A check for my garage door, gutters, decorative facial, screens, 5 exhausts vents and my roof! My wife and I both agreed, that young man know how to run a business. He communicates well with his employees. Great Job Otis! You are definitely someone that can be trusted
