I called another company before I called Paramount and they insisted I get a new roof. I knew the roof WAS NOT old. They quoted an enormous amount of money. Paramount on the other hand agreed with me after Otis came, (he didn’t send a worker) he stated a nail came loose and water was coming through that small opening. He did not try to to make a sale and instead sent a worker to fix the nail and opening. He didn’t charge me for the work! His workers are respectful, diligent and friendly!!! In addition, when the tornado hit Conyers I called him about a family that needed help. To paraphrase, he said.. let me see how I can help him. There are many roofing companies, but Paramount makes you feel like you’re part of a family of people who only want an HONEST roofing company. I found one and you can too!!! Thank you Otis. 😊
